Panorama Villa
Alluding to the structure of a typical Mani village, the concept is conceived as a series of individual stone fragments revolving around the atrium, entrance and living spaces. The rough volumes of the residence open a dialogue with their natural surroundings, while the rhythm of their openings either ensures privacy or invites in panoramic views of the horizon, constructing a direct experience of successive and diverse narratives. The Villa is located in Navarino Residences, a collection of luxury villas for private ownership at the heart of Navarino Dunes resort.
Panorama Villa Residence by POTIROPOULOS and PARTNERS has been highlighted as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Panorama Villa Residence received the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2020. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious international design accolade which recognizes excellent design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
