Fintech Co-working
Fintech Office is a co-working interior of 980 square meters designed for a financial technology brand in Beijing. A spiral staircase was generated with parametric design software, so the pattern of its surface reflects the aesthetics of the digital era. A cast concrete installation forms a waterfall and a pool with copper ducklings, bringing a water feature indoors in a city with long cold winters. Simple materials create a relaxed working atmosphere. Varied functions and activities extend the office space into surrounding urban life.
Fintech Co-working Office Space by Zhenhua Luo was identified as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Fintech Co-working Office Space received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
