One Line
One Line is a garden furniture collection that charges mobile devices with solar energy. The collection includes a coffee table, a sunbed and a high table. Solar cells with a total power of 26 watts are held in a discreet casing and charge an internal battery. A full battery can charge eight to ten smartphones through USB and USB-C sockets. A touch button switches on the LED light under the tabletop. The casings are made of powder-coated steel and aluminium. All parts are removable, so they can be serviced, replaced or recycled.
One Line Garden Furniture by Jarosław Markowicz was identified as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. One Line Garden Furniture was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2020. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition which honors excellent design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
