Plot 140 POLY Guanggang

Plot 140 Poly Guanggang is a residential landscape design in Guangzhou, China, covering a landscape area of 21000 square meters. The site is long and narrow, with a north-south distance of only 40 meters. A vertical garden was created to enlarge the green space within the compact urban setting. An elevated pedestrian corridor with a steel frame links the whole site and the surrounding landscape resources. Rust-colored steel plates recall the former steel works on the site. Play features support children and parent-child interaction.

Plot 140 POLY Guanggang Residential Landscape by L&A Design was recognized as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Plot 140 POLY Guanggang Residential Landscape was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2021. The A' Landscape Planning and Garden Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize which rewards outstanding design of landscape designs, public parks, residential gardens, urban plazas, campus designs, green roofs, waterfront developments, Eco-Parks, botanical gardens and more.
