CR Land Luyang MiXC
CR Land Luyang MiXC is a shopping mall in Hefei, China. The building holds more than 220 tenants within a gross floor area of 76,115 square metres. A looped retail circulation route is arranged inside the 75 metre depth of the floor plan, giving visitors a varied shopping route. A sky sports park sits on the roof, with a cantilevered running track built from a long span steel structure and a transparent floor above the track. Green spaces are placed on every level to link indoor and outdoor areas. Metal fins cover the main curved facade.
CR Land Luyang MiXC Retail by Aico Ltd has been highlighted as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. CR Land Luyang MiXC Retail won the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which recognizes excellent design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
