Mubic
Mubic is a modular table designed for small apartments. Mubic has four positions and changes from a coffee table into a dining table for two, four or six people. The transformation is made by rotating the legs, without adding or removing any part. The top is made of spruce wood and is fitted with resistant hinges. The legs are painted in an electrostatic field to keep the finish in good condition for a long time. Two people are needed to open the table. The result saves space and offers a clean and playful appearance.
Mubic Modular Table by Katalin-Brigitta Csíki has been featured as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Mubic Modular Table won the Silver A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2021. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that honors exceptional design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
