Pupstar
Pupstar is a brand identity created for a positioning technology company and its GPS pet tracker. The logo combines simple iconic shapes drawn from a paw, a dog face, a map pin and a navigation arrow. The mark links pets and positioning in one recognizable symbol. Fresh and bright colors give the identity a friendly and energetic tone. Business cards, flyers and other stationery are printed on textured matte recycled paper. The visual system is applied consistently across digital platforms, with the aim of helping owners avoid losing their pets.
Pupstar Brand Identity by Haolai Francis Zhou has been highlighted as an innovative representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Pupstar Brand Identity received the Silver A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2021. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade which celebrates outstanding design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
