LIFEWTR S8 Unconventional Canvas
LIFEWTR Series 8 Unconventional Canvas is a bottle packaging design for a premium water brand. The bottle label acts as a canvas for emerging artists, so the packaging serves as a source of both hydration and inspiration. Series 8 presents the work of three artists across painting, sculpture and works on paper, including explorations of alternate histories in which women of color are included in cultural narratives. The artwork is carried through brand communication, in store and at live events, giving the featured artists worldwide reach.
LIFEWTR S8 Unconventional Canvas Beverage by PepsiCo Design and Innovation has been recognized as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. LIFEWTR S8 Unconventional Canvas Beverage earned the Golden A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program which rewards outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
