Zeaim
Zeaim is a zero-emission aircraft designed for urban air mobility. Zeaim carries up to four people and needs no pilot, so special training is not required. Vertical take-off and landing, as well as short-distance take-off and landing, are supported. Two propulsion options are offered: four hydrogen-powered engines or four electric motors. Landing skids or three-cycle landing gear can be fitted. The fuselage and engine ducts are made of modern composites, and many parts are produced by 3D printing. The form is inspired by water bugs.
Zeaim Zero Emission Flight by Majid Niknami has been highlighted as a grand illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Zeaim Zero Emission Flight earned the Silver A' Design Award in Aerospace and Aircraft Design in 2021. The A' Aerospace and Aircraft Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize that rewards outstanding design of jets, helicopters, gliders, drones, seaplanes, airships, ultralights, biplanes and more.
