Daejeon Bruce Rice Cake Redesign
Daejeon Bruce Rice Cake Redesign is a packaging design for a rice cake product sold by a confectionery company in the Daejeon area. Graphics of nine major landmarks of Daejeon are printed on the packaging, so buyers receive local tourism information together with the product. The range is divided into three series by flavour, and each series uses the natural colour of its main ingredient to show the taste. Product names appear in Korean and English. Thick paper is used, so the package can stand or lie flat and is not easily damaged.
Daejeon Bruce Rice Cake Redesign Packaging Design by Choulsoon Park was highlighted as a grand example of communication design by the A' Design Awards.
