Zoomo
Zoomo Cargo is an electric cargo bike designed to carry one adult and up to two children. The frame is made of aluminium and carbon, and the complete bike weighs 30 kilograms. Lights and a display are integrated into the vehicle. A tilting device is placed under the cargo box, so the rider can lean into corners in the same way as on a standard bicycle. The tilting system makes the bike easy to ride and safe to control. The appearance refers to classic cargo bikes, combined with modern materials and riding features.
Zoomo Ebike by Brian Kenneth Høhl has been highlighted as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Zoomo Ebike received the Silver A' Design Award in Vehicle, Mobility and Transportation Design in 2021. The A' Vehicle, Mobility and Transportation Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade that rewards outstanding design of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, buses, trains, ships, aircrafts and more.
