The Rossmore Penthouse
The Rossmore Penthouse is a three-level residence located within an apartment building in Hancock Park, Los Angeles. The interior covers 7,000 square feet and includes four bedrooms and a private roof with a pool. The design is inspired by Art Deco elements. Natural materials and cross laminated timber are used for floors, walls and roofing, creating an open and airy character. A sculptural staircase wraps around an open-sky garden, bringing daylight and outdoor views into the interior. The design joins the historic character of the neighborhood with contemporary interior design.
The Rossmore Penthouse Condominium by Art Nesterenko has been selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. The Rossmore Penthouse Condominium received the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade that celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
