Time Holiday
Time Holiday is a series of mobile homes that can be transported to varied terrains without the need for a foundation. The outer shell is a curved, one-piece fiberglass structure suited to different climates and topographies. Floor-to-ceiling double-layer laminated insulating glass gives 360-degree views of the surroundings. A pull-out drawer mechanism expands the guest room on site and retracts the volume for shipping. The prefabricated frame is assembled within a day, which reduces construction waste and building time.
Time Holiday Mobile Home by Chester WL Goh has been identified as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Time Holiday Mobile Home won the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which celebrates superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
