Think Out Of The Box
Think out of the Box is a show flat interior design of 48 square meters, completed in Taiwan in November 2020. The plan places the living room directly behind the entrance door, so visitors reach the social area at once. An open kitchen and a bench dining seat support relaxed interaction. Above the dining table, a triangular shade lamp is paired with a ball lamp to soften the light. A black marble storage wall keeps objects out of sight, and a mirror wall divides the public and private areas of the home.
Think Out Of The Box Show Flat by Yu-Lin Shih was featured as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Think Out Of The Box Show Flat won the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program that rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
