Aero 45
Aero 45 is a rigid inflatable yacht designed for long recreational voyages. The 14 meter hull is built from aluminum, which gives strength, low weight and reduced environmental impact. A patented hull design converts wake into forward movement, which improves efficiency and seakeeping. D-sectioned tubes add about 50 percent more internal beam for greater comfort. A semi-transparent solar panel T-Top covers part of the electrical needs when the vessel is idle. Two garages hold a stand-up jet ski and a small motorbike. The yacht can be handled by one person.
Aero 45 Pocket Yacht by Alexis Fotilas was selected as a grand example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Aero 45 Pocket Yacht won the Iron A' Design Award in Yacht and Marine Vessels Design in 2022.
