Clouds By The River

Kaisa Clouds by the River is a real estate sales center designed around parent-child activities. The interior covers 977 square meters in Chongqing, China. The space is presented from the perspective of children. Orange and white are the main colors, recalling bright skies and clouds. Extra colors and decorations are removed to create a relaxed atmosphere. Soft and environmentally friendly materials and furniture are used to support children's safety and health. Play facilities invite exploration, while adults are offered comfortable areas to rest.

Clouds By The River Real Estate Sales Center by YHDQ Design was identified as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Clouds By The River Real Estate Sales Center received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
