RedDog Adult Pet Food
RedDog Adult Pet Food is a packaging design for a new nutritional formula staple food for cats and dogs. The visual center of the package carries the Roman numeral 1, which stands for new content and a new start. Simplified animal images show whether the food is suitable for cats or for dogs. A strong contrast of color tones improves visual recognition. The package is an octagonal sealed PET doypack with a sealing brace, so the pack can be opened repeatedly and kept closed. The design aims to strengthen brand recognition and to show product quality.
RedDog Adult Pet Food Packaging by Shenzhen Hongrui Biological Technology Co., Ltd. was selected as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Award. RedDog Adult Pet Food Packaging won the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2022. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which rewards exceptional design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
