K-Chic
K-Chic is a brand identity for a Korean style fried chicken business that serves the meal delivery market. The mark combines the letter K with a chicken footprint to suggest the idea of an expedition. The lettering is based on the style of Korean retro advertisements and recalls a shouted slogan. Supporting graphics use battle flags, ancient maps and chicken warriors to express the theme of a Korean warrior journey. Rich colors mark the different flavors on tags and wraps. The main visual places the fried chicken within a map to invite the appetite.
K-Chic Brand Identity by Zi Huai Shen was recognized as an innovative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award.
