Joyful Visang
Joyful Visang is a series of elementary school textbooks for mathematics, social studies and science. The textbooks are centred on play and activity to support active participation by students. Each cover reflects the subject content: geometric shapes form familiar objects for mathematics, an unfolding view of the world for social studies, and stories of heroes for science. Rounded corners and an antibacterial coating improve safety. A foldable flap serves as a bookmark, a perforated area allows name writing, and lenticular printing adds a three-dimensional effect.
Joyful Visang Textbooks by VISANG has been recognized as an exceptional example of service design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Joyful Visang Textbooks received the Silver A' Design Award in Education, Teaching Aid and Training Content Design in 2022. The A' Education, Teaching Aid and Training Content Design Award is a highly prestigious international design accolade which rewards outstanding design of textbooks, E-Learning platforms, educational games, training manuals, instructional videos, interactive whiteboards, educational software, lesson plans and more.
