Zino
Zino is an ultrasound system designed for medical use. Zino is compact and low in cost, which makes the device available to buyers with smaller budgets. The height adjustment mechanism was removed to reduce cost, and the trolley follows average body dimensions so that many users are served. An arm mechanism allows the monitor to be set at different viewing angles. The transducers are placed at the back of the probe for easier handling and a neater appearance. Improved air circulation allows continuous use without pauses for cooling.
Zino Ultrasound Device by Mohammadsina Gavili was selected as an innovative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Zino Ultrasound Device was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Medical Devices and Medical Equipment Design in 2022.
