Montage Fantasia
Montage Fantasia is a residential interior design for a single storey apartment in a metropolitan area. Mirrors, linear lamp belts and symmetrical axes extend the perceived height and depth of the home. A virtual attic is formed on the living room ceiling. The television wall combines laser projection technology with an electric lifting system. The dining area integrates display, storage and lighting to conceal the kitchen entrance and the beams and columns. Bedrooms are planned for female residents of different ages, with areas for clothing storage, dressing, reading and sleeping.
Montage Fantasia Residential by Fang Ming Lo has been identified as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Montage Fantasia Residential received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
