The Venation
The Venation is a jewelry collection inspired by the growth patterns of plants. The collection includes earrings and a brooch with irregular outlines and a dense central structure that suggest the texture of natural growth. Streamlined undulations create organic forms and give the pieces a sense of extension. Each piece is designed and printed with 3D technology, then set with diamonds in 9-karat gold. The hollow structure relates the forms to the human body. The diamonds follow the outlines and reflect light along the twisting lines.
The Venation Jewelry Collection by Yuange Chen was recognized as a grand representation of fashion design by the A' Design Awards. The Venation Jewelry Collection was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Jewelry Design in 2022. The A' Jewelry Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which honors superior design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, pendants, cufflinks, anklets and more.
