Rozna
Rozna is the only fine-dining Omani restaurant in Oman that is modelled like an ancient fort. Omanis are known across the ME for their hospitality and are proud of their history and heritage. The service in Rozna amply reflects this tradition. Women waiters are dressed in the Omani costume of long tunic and loose trousers, and men in dishdasha with appropriate headgears.
Rozna Restaurant by Suliman Al Kindi was highlighted as an innovative illustration of product design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Rozna Restaurant earned the Silver A' Design Award in Food, Beverage and Culinary Arts Design in 2022. The A' Food, Beverage and Culinary Arts Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize which celebrates outstanding design of design for food, design with food, food servings, tasting menus, cocktails, desserts, entrées, main dishes, culinary experiences and more.
