Jinmao Palace
Jinmao Palace is a sales center located in Fengtai District, Beijing, near the Yongding River. The interior covers 682 square meters on a commercial ground floor. The design introduces landscape and pastoral themes into the city, guided by the idea of a fifteen-minute community living circle. Functions inspired by markets and cafes are placed within the space, and boundaries between areas are softened. The reception hall is decorated with water lights, and a double-height resin acrylic screen echoes the water pattern of the reception background.
Jinmao Palace Sales Center by Panshi Design was highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Jinmao Palace Sales Center received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
