Open Pods and Open Circlet
Open Pods and Open Circlet are wireless headphones that use air conduction technology. The acoustic port is precisely shaped so that sound is delivered directly to the ear. The semi-circular arc form follows the curve of the ear, so the headphones rest outside the ear canal instead of inside it. The open placement supports ear canal health and lets the wearer stay aware of the surroundings during exercise. The surface is made of silicone with an antibacterial coating, and the charging case is made of recyclable plastics.
Open Pods and Open Circlet Headphones by Oraimo Mobile Limited has been featured as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Open Pods and Open Circlet Headphones earned the Silver A' Design Award in Audio and Sound Equipment Design in 2023. The A' Audio and Sound Equipment Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which rewards outstanding design of headphones, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, soundbars, turntables, sound mixers, digital audio workstations and more.
