The Beijing Parade
The Beijing Parade is a restaurant interior located in Beijing. The space of 1800 square meters follows a Belt and Road theme and recalls the Tang Dynasty in an abstract way. The plan is formed mainly by private rooms and corridors, without a lobby. The antehall uses axe-split stone, an old copper logo, red shelves, an original stone tea table, red wine racks and large floral decorations. Rock cliff installations carry dry trunks and branches with moss and sparse flowers. A pagoda lamp marks the end of the corridor.
The Beijing Parade Restaurant by Ao Han has been recognized as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. The Beijing Parade Restaurant received the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program that rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
