Luxurious Elegance
Luxurious Elegance is a residential interior design for a guest house in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The space of 100 square meters holds an entrance, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The original partition walls were removed to form an open layout that links the living room, kitchen and bar counter. Four curved panels extend to the canopy to suggest the image of waves. Materials include marble, titanium gold, art lacquer, amber mirror and black mirror. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ocean view at the mouth of the Danshui River.
Luxurious Elegance Residential House by Yueh Ju Tsai has been featured as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Luxurious Elegance Residential House was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
