Humanistic Vision
Humanistic Vision is a residential interior design for a 76 square meter apartment in a 23-year-old building in New Taipei City. The original three bedrooms were changed into a two plus one bedroom layout with two bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. White, gray and black tones are combined with wood textures to soften the space. The ceiling between the living room and the kitchen is covered with wood veneer, which hides the beams and divides the space. The flooring is made of stone plastic. A hidden sliding door allows the extended master bedroom to serve as a guest room.
Humanistic Vision Residential by Tzu-Hsuan Liu was selected as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Humanistic Vision Residential was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award that celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
