Softline
Softline is a portable mug and bowl made of porcelain with a silicone lid. The collection includes two sizes, 300 cc and 350 cc, that follow to go mug standards. The 300 cc size can also be used as a bowl for granola, fruit salad or a smoothie. The silicone cover provides heat insulation and keeps the food or drink safely inside. The drinking hole on the lid is set at a three degree angle to help protect the lips from heat. Colors come from a reactive glaze technique, with glossy and matte surfaces. Softline aims to reduce the use of paper cups.
Softline Coffee Cup and Bowl by Mustafa Bekiroglu was recognized as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Softline Coffee Cup and Bowl won the Bronze A' Design Award in Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design in 2023. The A' Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize which honors excellent design of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, baking dishes, graters and more.
