The Incubator
The Incubator is a co-working space for start-up technology companies. The interior is planned for vitality, connectivity and flexibility, and it balances shared areas with privacy. The office has two parts: informal collaboration spaces, and individual offices and meeting rooms. Several independent functional areas can be combined into one large gathering space for communal events. Glass compartments keep the interior open and well lit. Materials with low light reflectivity, matt surfaces and anti-fingerprint finishes ease maintenance.
The Incubator Commercial by Nikki, LK Ho has been featured as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. The Incubator Commercial won the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
