Meteor Lodge
Meteor Lodge is a mobile reading application designed for the iOS system. The application connects readers with independent writers. Independent writers can publish their books on the platform quickly and without high expenses. Readers can browse a wide selection of niche titles in one place, instead of searching across many websites and social media accounts. A shared space allows readers and writers to exchange insights. The interface was developed through research phases of understanding, ideation, prototyping and testing.
Meteor Lodge Mobile Application by Anqi Liu has been identified as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Meteor Lodge Mobile Application earned the Iron A' Design Award in Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design in 2023. The A' Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize which celebrates outstanding design of smartphones, tablets, wearables, mobile applications, mobile games, mobile software, mobile platforms, mobile interfaces and more.
