Phantom Sun
Phantom Sun is a customized furniture system designed for the whole house. The system includes a television cabinet, a sideboard, a sofa back cabinet, a fitness cabinet and a cloakroom. Unnecessary decoration and materials are removed, so that space is freed and function is improved. Glossy metallic panels are combined with translucent acrylic and bright sunlight colors. Bionic technology fabrics reproduce wood grain, stone grain and hand painted flower motifs. Ecologically safe materials are used, as a form of respect for nature.
Phantom Sun System Furniture by Wang Lu has been selected as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Phantom Sun System Furniture received the Silver A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2023. The A' Furniture Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade that celebrates outstanding design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
