BSP Security Plant Complex

Bsp Security Plant Complex is a proposed public building planned for New Clark City, Philippines. The complex offers a highly secure, flexible and adaptable floor area that can be adjusted as production technology improves. A living facade presents more than 250 endemic Philippine trees together with tropical plants. The planted facade shields the building from direct sun, reduces thermal heat gain and supports air ventilation. Water moats and sloping towers recall the mountainous tropical archipelago and its biodiversity.

BSP Security Plant Complex Bank Office Building Design by William Ti Jr has been highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. BSP Security Plant Complex Bank Office Building Design received the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2023. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition that honors outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
