Sleeve
Sleeve is a remote work kit designed for travelers who work while on the go. The kit includes three modules that attach to a 13-inch laptop. The productivity module adds a touch display screen set in a milled aluminum cover with a 180-degree hinge, offering a second screen without a separate monitor. The comfort module lifts the laptop base by 50 millimeters for a more comfortable working angle. The organizing module provides elastic pockets, one of which holds a wireless charging system. Together the modules reduce the load carried during travel.
Sleeve Remote Work Kit by Shubhangi Chuhadia was highlighted as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Sleeve Remote Work Kit won the Iron A' Design Award in Computers and Peripheral Devices Design in 2023. The A' Computers and Peripheral Devices Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that rewards excellent design of laptops, desktop computers, workstations, servers, tablets, mainframes, supercomputers, minicomputers and more.
