Shacheng Old Cellar
With the same bottle shape, the bottle has two colors: one red and one yellow. The natural and ecological brewing characteristics of Shacheng are painted on the bottle body. The raw materials for brewing and the brewing process are outlined in a white gold thread used for red bottles. The bottom color of the outer box is yellow and red. The yellow inspiration comes from the yellow glaze of the Yongzheng period in the Qing Dynasty and the red inspiration comes from the Langyao red of the Kangxi period.
Shacheng Old Cellar Packaging by Wu Yao was highlighted as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Award. Shacheng Old Cellar Packaging earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2023. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that recognizes outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
