iDWELL
iDwell is customer relationship management software designed for property management. Property management involves large amounts of information, documents and contractors. iDwell automates routine processes to reduce that workload. Features include maintenance ticketing, full email and communication integration, and automated workflow. Separate applications serve landlords and tenants. A customizable dashboard shows analytics, open tasks and requests, unread messages and a news feed. A flexible filter system helps users work with large amounts of data.
iDWELL SaaS CRM Software by Maria Roen was selected as an outstanding example of communication design by the A' Design Award. iDWELL SaaS CRM Software won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2023. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize that rewards exceptional design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
