Rock and Wood
Rock and Wood is a residential interior design for a townhouse. The scheme continues the raw concrete of the central patio into the indoor rooms. Black and yellow stripes on the living room television wall create a warm and distinct character. The wall behind the sofa is covered with black melamine board with a stone texture. In the master bedroom, a material that imitates raw concrete is used. Wood grain, black stone and sandstone-like surfaces are combined throughout. Careful division of the panel sizes keeps the lines natural.
Rock and Wood Interior Design by Jing-Li Liang was identified as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
