Home Exhibition
Home Exhibition is a residential interior design for a five-story single-family villa in Zhuji, Zhejiang, China, with a total area of 1200 square meters. The home holds more than 100 artworks by more than 70 artists. The two underground floors are arranged like an art museum, where a mainly white background is combined with black geometric structures and curved wall contours that break the square plan. The lighting and hanging lines were planned with room for adjustment, so the rooms can serve display, daily life and private events.
Home Exhibition Residential by Chi Chenping has been highlighted as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Home Exhibition Residential won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
