Omni is an outdoor furniture piece designed to function both as a seating and a tabletop through rotation. Its form features curvy silhouettes and organic shapes. With consideration of human interactions and ergonomics, Omni is designed to offer optimal comfort in various seating positions, while also providing a suitable height for table use when rotated. Omni Multifunctional Chair by Xinyi Huang and Chenyang Yu was highlighted as a grand example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Omni Multifunctional Chair received the Bronze A' Design Award in Garden and Outdoor Furniture Design in 2024. The A' Garden and Outdoor Furniture Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which rewards exceptional design of deck chairs, garden benches, picnic tables, patio sets, outdoor daybeds, hammocks, fire pits, sun loungers and more.
