Rounded Shadow
Rounded Shadow is the interior design of a four-story single-family house in Taiwan. The house covers 393.3 square meters and contains five rooms. The first and fourth floors are public areas, with a living room, a dining room, a Japanese-style room and an audio-visual room. The second and third floors are private areas. An open plan and large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the surrounding greenery into each area. Wood grilles, stone, marble and metal join Eastern and Western design ideas. Wooden cabinets in the foyer conceal storage.
Rounded Shadow Residence by USM INNOVATION INTEGRATED DESIGN has been featured as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Rounded Shadow Residence was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024.
