Love Hanshui
Love Hanshui is a commemorative packaging series for purified drinking water, created to mark the selection of Wuhan as an International Wetland City. Four native animals, the finless porpoise, the blue headed duck, the black stork and the elk, represent the four seasons of the year. Traditional Chinese ink painting joins the animals with local wetland scenery. The white bottle label is produced with a heat shrink process and spot colour printing. Each bottle is 60 millimetres wide and 220 millimetres high. A code on the label opens a three-dimensional view.
Love Hanshui Water Packaging by Pufine Creative has been selected as a grand example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Love Hanshui Water Packaging won the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2024. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award which recognizes superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
