Corner Villa
The Corner Villa is designed to cater to the owner's lifestyle and preferences, providing private spaces for hosting events and relaxation. The courtyard is placed at the rear, away from the parking area, while a deep balcony connects the cozy spaces to the main building. The villa's form utilizes broken and lozenge-shaped lines to create visual appeal and shadow play. Construction materials are prominently and exposedly used to design without the need for meticulous finishing.
Corner Villa Residential by Arash Madani was recognized as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Corner Villa Residential won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
