Yibai Restaurant
Yibai Restaurant is a dining interior themed on preserved flowers. The space covers 2000 square meters over two floors, with a public area on the first floor and the kitchen, dining area and lounge on the second. Soft white tones with golden accents define the interior. The facades are shaped like petals, the arches are rounded, and the dome recalls a pistil. Curved surfaces are made of gypsum reinforced glassfiber, while semi translucent walls are built with crystal bricks. Separate circulation paths keep the routes of diners and staff from crossing.
Yibai Restaurant Interior Design by Axin Chen was featured as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Yibai Restaurant Interior Design received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
