Maestria

A sophistication of living well. Mastery, which in Portuguese is called Maestria, comes from the power to do something with excellence. And that's how this project was shaped, the brutality of reinforced concrete being faceted by metal, the video, the textures, lighting, and light forms making the building transform into a sculpted jewel, shining and being embraced by the nature that surrounds it. The perfect work so that it is possible to combine the tranquility of living and the grandeur of being able to be master.

Maestria Residential and Commercial Building by Daniel de Amorim was recognized as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Maestria Residential and Commercial Building earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which rewards outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
