Kemercountry
Kemercountry is a residential interior design for a three-floor house in Kemerburgaz with 500 square meters of living space. The house was redesigned to suit the needs of the family. The ground floor opens to the garden and holds a living room, a large kitchen and a guest bathroom. The second floor contains a hall, a study room and the master bedroom with dressing and bathing areas. The third floor is arranged for a child, with areas for sleep, work, rest and play. Marble, oak, walnut and leather create natural textures, while glass separators and reflective surfaces spread daylight.
Kemercountry Residential by Ilkay Ala Sirkeci has been identified as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Kemercountry Residential won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
