Guijiu Zodiac Series
Guijiu Zodiac Series is a commemorative liquor package created for the Chinese Year of the Dragon. The form is inspired by ancient Chinese ceramic vessels with a double-ear structure. The bottle is made of crystal glass paired with metal parts, in contrast to the ceramic containers commonly used for high-end Chinese liquor. A dragon illustration in ink is printed on the label, and a metal dragon-shaped component on the cap serves as the opening mechanism. The bottle measures 240 mm in height and 110 mm in length and width.
Guijiu Zodiac Series Commemorative Liquor by BA Studio has been selected as an innovative representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Guijiu Zodiac Series Commemorative Liquor won the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2024. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award that rewards excellent design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
