A clear information architecture organizes the content, so individual features are easy to find. Content is tailored to user behavior, and loyalty rewards support engagement. Security features are included to build trust. The modular structure allows new features to be added later.
Act Telecom Application by Lollypop Design Studio has been highlighted as an outstanding example of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Act Telecom Application earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2024. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which recognizes excellent design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
