The key features are integrating physical eco-friendly practices with a digital system to promote environmentally conscious behaviors among hotel guests. The digital interface implements a sustainable hotel ranking system, amenities focused on sustainability, and a green credit system designed to guide and reward customer behaviors.
Papera Sustainable Hotel Booking Platform by Yingfei Zhuo was identified as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Papera Sustainable Hotel Booking Platform earned the Iron A' Design Award in Sustainable Products, Projects and Green Design in 2024.
