Selena
Selena is a chair made of Jequitiba wood and natural straw. The frame is shaped by detailed CNC machining, which creates smooth and continuous surfaces without visible joints. Artisanal work completes the assembly and the fixing of the straw. The straw runs from the backrest to the seat, forming a continuous element that adds visual lightness to a monolithic volume. A water-based finish is used to reduce environmental impact. Selena combines a minimalist appearance with a robust structure intended to last for generations.
Selena Multifunctional Chair by MORADA DECOR has been identified as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program that recognizes exceptional design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
