Rococo Memory
Rococo Memory is a residential interior design for a 150 square meter three bedroom apartment in New Taipei City, completed in 2022. The renovation of the old home applies European Baroque and Rococo styles to create a resort hotel atmosphere. Line boards decorate the entryway wall and the cabinets, and patterned floor tiles and flower wallpaper are used. A symmetrical fireplace shaped television wall hides storage. Flowers and birds are hand painted on gold and silver foil. A removed partition wall creates an open kitchen and a study.
Rococo Memory Residential by Chung Ting Wang was recognized as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Rococo Memory Residential was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
